My primary website platform

Wix Studio.
Built around your business.

I use Wix Studio for most of my website work, with Velo, JavaScript and Wix CMS when the brief needs custom functionality or dynamic content.

What I build with it
Responsive websites, custom interactions, CMS-driven pages, forms and connected customer journeys.

What I also work with
Squarespace, Framer, Webflow, WordPress and Square Online. CRM and automation projects may use GoHighLevel and other business tools.

The first thing I want to understand is how your business works.

Who is using the website? What do they need to do? And what happens after the inquiry, application or booking?

Those answers shape the design and the build. You can see that in the different kinds of work I’ve delivered.

How I approach a project

The work takes different forms

For RecyclePal, I rebuilt the website in Wix Studio and brought the service information, local offers and calculator experience together.

What sat behind the design: CMS-managed services and offers, a filterable local map, expiry rules and a more understandable calculator journey.

The business can manage the information in one place while residents and property managers follow different paths through the site.

TCO Technology · Main project

Main project · CRM architecture & customer operations

A customer can have several contracts. The records need to reflect that.

I structured a GoHighLevel environment so the team could follow a company, its people, individual service contracts, sales activity and approaching renewals together.

Tools & delivery: GoHighLevel · Custom Objects · Workflow Builder · Associations · Pipelines · Reporting

The actual TCO reporting environment, showing opportunities and funnel reporting.

The problem I needed to solve

A company could hold multiple services, each with its own provider, value, owner, start date and renewal date. Putting every contract field directly on the company would make it easy to overwrite a service or duplicate the company.

I separated the contract from the customer relationship and connected the records through associations.

The structure I built

  • Company, Contact and Service Contract records linked around the actual customer relationship.
  • Separate contract fields for provider, value, ownership, dates and status.
  • A sales pipeline covering New Lead, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal Sent and Closed stages.
  • Reporting that gives the team visibility into opportunities and sales activity.

How the renewal automation works

Contract dates feed separate 30, 60, 90 and 120-day reminder paths. The workflows evaluate the contract, check the company’s eligibility and route qualifying records into the internal notification process.

That keeps the renewal logic at contract level while retaining a view of the wider account.

What the evidence shows

319company records centralized
12connected renewal workflows

The supplied 30-day reporting snapshot shows $87.91K in opportunity value and $1.96K won. Opportunity value is pipeline visibility, rather than revenue attributed to my work.

The delivered outcome

A connected account structure where the team can follow relationships, manage individual contracts and see approaching renewal activity. The client highlighted the testing, clear communication and implementation of operational infrastructure.

“He finished ahead of schedule, tested everything, and made sure it actually worked in a real-world environment.”director9275 · TCO Technology

A closer look at one of the projects

BigBargain Binz.

A physical retailer moving its website from Shopify to Square Online, with store information, membership and rewards at the center of the experience.

Shopify to Square Online

A retail website built around the store itself.

I rebuilt the site with custom sections, carried the design across to Square and worked on the mobile experience. The loyalty journey points customers into Square’s own rewards experience.

The important decision was what the website needed to do. The client’s brief focused on the physical store, membership, rewards and gift cards, with no online product catalogue. I organized the website around that.

The result is a website that reflects how the store operates. Visitors can understand the weekly bin pricing, find membership and reward information, and continue into the Square loyalty experience.

Here’s how the pieces actually work together.

The custom website handles presentation. Square and the store handle the customer actions behind it.

01

Migration & the public domain

I rebuilt the Shopify presence on Square Online and connected the custom domain managed through Namecheap. The public site now gives the store one consistent address within the Square setup.

02

Custom sections inside Square

The branded hero, bin-price presentation and other sections use custom embedded HTML/CSS layouts within the Square website. This gave the client the presentation they wanted while keeping the website in the chosen retail platform.

03

Membership & phone-based loyalty

Website buttons route customers into Square Loyalty for phone-based registration and points access. The website explains membership; Square owns the customer account and points record. A separate custom membership database was not introduced.

04

Points, rewards & fulfilment

The published programme explains earning and redemption, including the 1,000-point free-item reward. Customers can check their points through Square. Rewards Square cannot process automatically are handled by the store team, with that limitation explained on the site.

05

Gift cards & mobile access

A dedicated gift-card route connects the customer with Square’s eGift Card experience. Mobile layouts keep the main paths accessible, and the weekly bin-price strip can scroll horizontally on smaller screens.

06

Pages, handover & phase boundaries

The scope grew to eight pages with FAQ, in-store shopping policy and returns information. Product listings, a custom member dashboard, referral automation and raffle administration were outside this phase. Future-phase features are not presented here as completed backend work.

“Awesome! I hope we can work together on Phase 2 to add more custom design features, integrations with other apps, and external links.”BigBargain Binz · Client message after the delivered preview

How I take a project from brief to handover

You work with me
through the details.

Choose a step to see what I do and how it shows up in the work. I keep the client involved as the project moves forward.

I ask what needs to happen after the visitor takes action.

Who is using this? What information do they need? What happens after a form, application or booking? I work through those questions before recommending the page structure or technical approach.

In the work: For BigBargain Binz, the brief centered on a physical store and loyalty. That shaped an information and membership website without an online product catalogue.
